I brought my two-year old car in for a regular oil change and a couple of recall items. The technicians checked my air filters and found both needed to be replaced, and they also adjusted the wheel alignment. All this was done in less than two hours (I had been told on the phone that it might take three) and was handled very professionally. The waiting area is comfortable and well-stocked with free coffee.

The service I received at the counter from Mike was very good. He is very competent and follows through. He also seems mechanically knowledgeable. This was the third time returning for the same issue, but it did take some trouble shooting to figure out and feel the mechanic did a good job solving the problem.
I have purchased 3 new Toyotas from Clary. 2002 and 2014 Tacomas and a 2020 RAV4. Recall for RAV4 engine block SN check, with Mike Walface, went well. Only unsatisfactory issue is that, for a recall, Toyota should pay mileage cost for trip(s) required. In my case I drove 60+ miles to complete the recall. Even IRS recognizes $0.57 average mileage cost. Mike said there was no way to compensate for mileage cost; I believe Toyota should compensate owners for time and mileage, as recalls are 100% Toyota's fault, not the owners fault. Dave was exceptional as usual. I was greeted when I arrived and told about how long the service would take. I was then invited to wait in the "lounge" area where the TV was on and so was the coffee. I had a service appt. for an oil change and to check my car battery. The work was completed in a timely manner and other issues reported (need to change cabin filter). When i arrived to get my car, the service associate showed me the old filter. It did need to be changed!

It was great. Most every time always is. The only thing i would recommend is that the techs put your driver seat setting back to where they found it. Takes forever to get the adjustments just right, then you get your oil changed and try to get back in your seat and everything is for an extremely short person. hahaha. .
