We had an excellent experience, this was our 3rd Toyota we have purchased from Bud Clary Toyota. They are wonderful to work with from their salesmen, service center and finance department they make you fell like a VIP. Best part is they sell there new vehicles at MSRP and don’t try to add 3-5K on top of price on hard to find models like other Toyota dealerships.

Joe my salesman was really easy to talk to and when we arrived he had the truck pulled up and washed,walked us through everything on the truck,now the finance guy was a different story,we spent almost 2 hours in his office,he said he was new in finance and could figure out how to get the numbers to match up and whatever else was wrong,then a few days later we get a letter in the mail that they had forgot us to sign a document,i would definitly buy from Joe again but hopefully have a different ...
