Great experience, just like always! Victor explained everything to me and suggested that I replaced the air filters. I was shocked at the price and did some research. I found that other places sold them for much less and showed this to Victor. He was able to take $30 off for me!
Victor did a great job explaining what was done to my vehicle. He wasn't pushy about recommended services either. We'll definitely be back for future service.

Both cars had oil changes and they were fast and efficient. They are always so polite. I would highly recommend them to get your oil changed!
I had a service appt. for an oil change and to check my car battery. The work was completed in a timely manner and other issues reported (need to change cabin filter). When i arrived to get my car, the service associate showed me the old filter. It did need to be changed!
My experience was excellent. I had a side mirror that was rattling replaced on a new RAV4. Everyone in the service department was courteous, and they provided exceptional service.
The service was explained in a language I could understand, ie., what needed to be done. The service didn't take as long as I thought it would.
The Toyota team is exceptionally friendly in a very serious way. The service members go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied.
