Service was good. Joe in sales did a good job showing us the cars until the red BZ was the one. He showed us all the computer items. We are figuring it all out. We found the owners manual is enough to understand the details. We love the thrill of stepping on the gas pedal and feeling the thrust!

One of the top two (possibly the best) car purchase experiences I’ve had ! Straight forward, can or cannot do, honest answers. Did everything they said they would, no “dealer math” tricks. I will definitely look at them when I buy another car. FYI- drove 4.5hrs one way.

Was satisfied with the service as opposed to other visits, it was quicker than expected, my only gripe upon inspection my skid plate was full of oil after all the fluid changes, like they didnt even to bother to clean it i thought i was leaking oil.
All personnel that my wife and I delt with were extremely helpful. At all times, everyone was very courteous and helpful so that we were comfortable with our final choice of vehicle and decisions as to how to manage the sale. Wasn't the best experience ive had here. They tried to tell me the issue I was having wasn't an issue then, confirmed it was an issue after inspecting. Tried telling me it was normal even after showing proof it was not. Normally they are very receptive to issues presented so this was a disappointing visit.
Bought a 2026 Camry from Zoilo. Zoilo and Ty are awesome! Thanks again for the help!

We were already having issues with the lift system for our trunk, which they had charged us a ton for the year before and said we only had a one year parts warranty. The service department mechanic ruined my truck engine. I had to argue with the service manager for a week but got nowhere until I called the general manager. Then they decided to make it right and put in a remanufactured engine. It's a month since I got it back and now it has an oil leak! Now I have to take it back in. Very upsetting.
Gave a good for seed of service. The tires we needed were not in stock even though the books said they were. We got a nice car as a loaner to take home as we don't live in Yakima area and it was later in the day. Picked up our car next afternoon. Great transaction though.
The toyota dealership in yakima is very friendly and knowledgeable. Our car was in and out very quickly and they did a great job and explained everything afterwards!

Came in for an oil change/service, arrived at appointment time and got immediate attention. Explained I had an emergency that just came up and needed to leave after the servicing for Western Washington. Jedidiah said he would do his best to see that the car would be done within one hour. Attentive and courteous personnel. Great communication with clients. Bud Clarey was very busy with clients buying cars the day we were there. The downside was only one financial person closing all those sales. Thus a 4 hour wait for our turn

After multiple complaints over the last couple years about an annoying noise on the driver side area of our new 4Runner, Issac in the service department listened and kept our vehicle until the noise was found and fixed He assisted us with a loaner so that we were not inconvenienced by not having a vehicle. Natalie in the service department spent several days running diagnostics and test runs, taking the vehicle apart until she found it. She fixed it and we have not heard it since. These two went above and beyond and we appreciated it.
Service agent was late; a simple oil change took 2 hours; was handed a "recommended service" paper with recommendations already done; labor charges are exhorbitant. This used to be a good service company. Really disappointed.
My service agent, Isaac silva, is wonderful, friendly, conscientious, considerate and always available. The other people in service are all so very friendly and helpful.
Very comfortable no pressure on the sales yes and no answer to purchase.Tyler and Izzy very comfortable to work with. The finance gentleman Ty was very pushy. We have said no to him twice, but he didn’t take no for an answer. He kept taking different programs for warranty work. I looked at the wife and just said yes I just wanted to get out of there. Tried finding my original review to edit, but I couldn't so here is another one. I've had a good experience with Martin in their service department, but honestly, their shuttle service or lack there of is a strain.
I usually travel from Tri-Cities to Yakima to get my vehicle serviced, but I am now rethinking that decision. No other Toyota has done as well as the Toyota of Coeur d'Alene. They always had a loaner car for me and didn't fret to cover that expense knowing that I would be a returning customer.

They had just gotten in a used truck, that we had been looking for over a year. Price was a little high and it was full of dog hair. They clean it up and did a quick check to look for problems. I scheduled an oil change appointment for 11:10 a.m. and arrived promptly, expecting my vehicle’s service to begin at or near that scheduled time. I chose to wait at the dealership, and my vehicle was not ready until a little over two hours later. This experience was both inconvenient and disappointing. I scheduled an appointment specifically to avoid an extended wait, so I am struggling to understand the purpose of having appointment times if they cannot be honored.
The service rep, John, was great. Got my ca ready and working better than when it got there. Worked hard to get me out the door in a timely manner.

Fair offer for my trade in. Smooth transaction. 9 outta 10 stars 👍🏻. I accidentally left tools behind the back seat and the next day when I took my spare key fob, one of the salesman informed me and returned the tools.
Push you into something you don’t want ! I’m not happy ! To the point the car has sat in the driveway . Only drove 3 times . I asked before I left if I could just walk away . And told no why would you . Felt very trapped and now very depressed . So if that’s your goal you achieved it .
