Bought a brand new vehicle here and the people were nice and friendly. I appreciated the dog friendly facilities!Only knocked off a star due to the typical additional pressure and guilt trip style of sales that they apply to single women buying a car (I've been with men before buying a car, and they NEVER applied the type of pressure they did with me). This is a problem everywhere and I hope one day it will change.

I brought my two-year old car in for a regular oil change and a couple of recall items. The technicians checked my air filters and found both needed to be replaced, and they also adjusted the wheel alignment. All this was done in less than two hours (I had been told on the phone that it might take three) and was handled very professionally. The waiting area is comfortable and well-stocked with free coffee.

I have purchased 3 new Toyotas from Clary. 2002 and 2014 Tacomas and a 2020 RAV4. Recall for RAV4 engine block SN check, with Mike Walface, went well. Only unsatisfactory issue is that, for a recall, Toyota should pay mileage cost for trip(s) required. In my case I drove 60+ miles to complete the recall. Even IRS recognizes $0.57 average mileage cost. Mike said there was no way to compensate for mileage cost; I believe Toyota should compensate owners for time and mileage, as recalls are 100% Toyota's fault, not the owners fault. The service I received at the counter from Mike was very good. He is very competent and follows through. He also seems mechanically knowledgeable. This was the third time returning for the same issue, but it did take some trouble shooting to figure out and feel the mechanic did a good job solving the problem.

Dave explained what was going to be done to my vehicle in a matter i would understand. I took in a coupon for 10% discount and he also explained to me about the small print that it would only be max of $30.00. Which i appreciated him pointing that out as i did not read the small print and was thinking it was on the whole amount of the service.
