Official Rules
Bud Clary Toyota of Yakima 2026 Fair Giveaway
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor. Bud Clary Toyota of Yakima, 2230 Longfibre Rd., Union Gap, WA 98903, (509) 575-4868 (“Sponsor”). This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Toyota Motor North America, Inc., Blackstone Products, the television manufacturer, or the Central Washington State Fair.
2. Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of the State of Washington who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, Bud Clary Auto Group and its affiliated dealerships, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children and their spouses) and members of their households are not eligible.
3. Entry Period. The Giveaway begins when entries open on this page and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time on October 4, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Entries received after the Entry Period ends will not be accepted. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.
4. How to Enter. Complete and submit the entry form on this page with your first name, last name, email, phone number and ZIP code, and agree to these Official Rules. Vehicle-shopping questions and marketing consent are optional and have no effect on eligibility or odds. Limit one (1) entry per person. Additional entries by the same person, email or phone number will be disqualified. Entries generated by script, bot or other automated means are void.
5. Prizes. Two (2) prizes will be awarded: (1) one Blackstone griddle, approximate retail value (ARV) $400; and (2) one 65-inch 4K television, ARV $500. Total ARV of all prizes: $900. Sponsor determines the specific make and model. No cash or other substitution, transfer or assignment of prize, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable. Each winner is responsible for any taxes and for any costs not expressly stated here, including transportation of the prize from Sponsor’s location.
6. Drawing and Odds. On October 5, 2026, Sponsor will select two (2) potential winners in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The first entry drawn will be awarded the Blackstone griddle and the second entry drawn will be awarded the 65-inch 4K TV. Limit one (1) prize per person and per household. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification and Prize Pickup. Potential winners will be notified by phone and/or email using the information provided at entry, on or about October 5, 2026. A potential winner must respond within three (3) days of the first notification attempt and must pick up the prize in person at Bud Clary Toyota of Yakima, 2230 Longfibre Rd., Union Gap, WA 98903, by October 19, 2026, during normal business hours, presenting valid government-issued photo ID that matches the entry. Sponsor may require the winner to sign a declaration of eligibility and liability release before receiving the prize. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond or pick up in time, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner drawn from the remaining eligible entries. Winners are not required to be present at the drawing.
8. Publicity. Except where prohibited, and only with the winner’s separate written permission at the time of pickup, Sponsor may use the winner’s name, city and photograph for promotional purposes without additional compensation. Granting this permission is not a condition of receiving a prize.
9. General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules, and to cancel, modify or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure or any other factor impairs its integrity, in which case winners may be selected from eligible entries received before the action. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for technical, network or computer malfunctions. Sponsor’s decisions are final on all matters relating to this Giveaway.
10. Release and Limitation of Liability. By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Bud Clary Auto Group and their affiliates, officers, employees and agents from any liability, loss or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession or use of any prize. Prizes are provided with the manufacturer’s warranty only, if any; Sponsor makes no additional warranty.
11. Privacy. Information collected is used by Sponsor to administer this Giveaway and contact winners. If you checked the optional marketing box, Sponsor may also contact you about vehicles, offers and services, and you may opt out at any time. Sponsor does not sell entrant information. 12. Governing Law. This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Yakima County, Washington.
13. Winners List. For the names of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope by November 30, 2026 to: Fair Giveaway Winners, Bud Clary Toyota of Yakima, 2230 Longfibre Rd., Union Gap, WA 98903.
